MAGISTRATE'S COURT STATEMENT

The statement I started to read out in court at

Court Room No 1 at Swansea Magistrate's Court on Tuesday 26 July 2022

I have refused to pay my council tax as a matter of principle. It is my right as a council tax payer to provide evidence of corruption to the councillors of the council to which I pay my council tax. I have therefore provided 3 research report papers to the Neath-Port Talbot Council that show evidence of the potential historical manslaughter of residents in my street,

THE MAGISTRATE CUT ME OFF HERE AND AWARDED THE LIABILITY ORDER

and in a separate instance, evidence of clear instructions that exist in a Welsh Government funded course which would allow anyone with the right qualification to legally abuse children in Wales. Neath-Port Talbot Council have refused to investigate the concerns of myself and others into the findings of these evidence based research papers supplied to them and have gone to great lengths to hide this information. They have also made public, statements that use deception to discredit myself and other members of our community whom I represent. Neath-Port Talbot Council are an organised criminal organisation who have deliberately supported unscrupulous developers such as the Cuddy Group and Enzo Homes, in breaking the UK Government environmental laws such as the Control of Pollution Act and the Environmental Protection Act. The head of the Neath-Port Talbot Council Planning Department, Ceri Morris is overseeing a series of planning approvals that is designed to support historical and current criminal activities by these unscrupulous developers within the County Borough that has almost certainly caused the death of residents in my street.
Plans approved by the Neath-Port Talbot Council also target villagers within the neighbouring county of Powys with the dumping of toxic waste next to the village of Cwmtwrch, identifying it as clean soil. The corruption to which I refer includes both the civil servants and elected officials of the council. It includes the leader of the Council, Stephen Karl Hunt and this corruption extends down to the local the local town councillors in Glynneath. Corruption at Neath-Port Talbot Council is endemic and it is supported by the regulatory authorities National Resources Wales, Public Health Wales and South Wales Police who turn a blind eye to it and refuse to accept responsibility for their role as protectors of the public and regulators of public officials.
According to the purpose of the Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, it exists to serve and represent the interests of its citizens and communities. They say that they strive to improve the economic, social, environmental and cultural well-being of all their people.
Since March 2020 I have been representing 20 properties bordering the site containing elderly residents cut of from communication with the council because of the pandemic.
I therefore cannot in good conscience, pay to support a council that is potentially murdering my family and my neighbours.
