The title "Walk Around Wales" originated from my original desire to walk the circumference of Wales, it's an ongoing project that I hope to complete in 2015. Wales has so many outstanding areas of beauty and interest that it would take many many years to see everything worth seeing, so less of the talking and lets get walking............

All our walks are graded by their distance and severity of terrain so if you have limited time or just want to take it easy then you can tailor each walk to your needs. each walk is give a code, the breakdown of each code can be seen below.

Hills

F = Flat - maximum 100ft increase in elevelation per mile

U = Undulating - 100 - 250ft increase in elevelation per mile

H = Hilly - 250 - 500ft increase in elevelation per mile

M = Mountainous -500ft + increase in elevelation per mile

Severity of terrain

E = easy - tarmac, gravel or grassy paths

O = Off road, waymarked paths

D = difficult - paths may be uneven and some rough walking may be required, navigation may be involved, not suitable for unexperienced walkers.

X = extreme terrain - will most likely include some scrambling.
