Our intention is to allow Kimberley the opportunity to put forward information to the public of Glynneath that her group, Public Child Protection Wales has collated. If anyone has an alternate view they would like to share with us please leave them in the comments or if you are happy to be filmed, then I will do so, and publish that video to give a fair representation of the subject matter.

This planning approval allows the developer to break the Control of Pollution Act 1974 and the 1990 Environmental Protection Act to remove toxic waste from the site into a recycling facility in Powys without a licence and also to move it closer to homes in Glynneath which have already suffered deaths that can be linked to toxic waste.

Subsequent to this the Chair of the relevant scrutiny committee at the Neath Port Talbot Council can be seen to support the paltering of the public officials he is elected to regulate.

72-title-flat.jpg (615953 bytes) https://youtu.be/1g2FSwZQb1w Glynneath Town Council are probably the most corrupt council in Wales and they are refusing to accept responsibility to challenge their parent authority Neath Port Talbot Council who have blatantly broken rules in relation to the Contaminated Land Strategy at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. Video 3 is about safety in Glynneath and why people should be concerned about the safety aspects of the Heol y Glyn landfill site in Glynneath.

21.jpg (297141 bytes) https://youtu.be/MUQhk6--cfs Sky has recently released the official trailer for Last Train to Christmas starring Baglan boy Michael Sheen as Tony Towers. However when Tony (Sheen) moves up and down the carriages he changes time zones and by moving back and forth between them he can change his life. This looks an intriguing film that potentially will have you in stitches. The reason I've posted this here is because fingers crossed I will appear in the film however, you won't recognise me unless we've spent time in the showers together. On 19 July 2021 we made a public question asking for an update on the Heol y Glyn Development because there were 6 different toxic chemicals that have recently been exposed in the top layer of the soil. This is of serious concern to our group. Only Councillor Knoyle has made a public statement in relation to four question but he has not referenced the current exposed contamination which is of concern. The council have a duty of care in relation to this contamination to provide a risk assessment for human health by categorising the identified contamination from 1 to 4. This information has not been provided with the current planning application which is a concern. This video requests that the two Glynneath councillors ensure that this information is provided to the residents surrounding the site as soon as possible. As council tax payers it is our right to know the level of toxins we have been potentially exposed to. - Glynneath Residents Against Contamination Group.

DIC PENDERYN 190 ANNIVERSARY MULTI-SPORT ADVENTURE ABERAVON ROUND THE PIER SWIM 2021

The 190th anniversary of Dic Penderyn has been featured in my diary for a while now and I knew I had to do something to commemorate it so I woke up with a plan already formed in my mind to place Welsh poppies on the grave of this martyr. I've been drawn to life and death of Dic Penderyn for quite a while now, I can empathise with him in my own little small way, I am fighting 'system purpose corruption' and Dic died as a result of the failure of the British Government to support the working class from the ravages of the Industrial Revolution. My adventure incorporated the Aberavon Round the Pier Swim, an annual event which didn't take place last year and this year because of COVID19.

WEST CROSS, SWANSEA TO ROTHERSLADE, GOWER WITH JIM THE SWIM STARRING BIG DAVE, WALK AROUND WALES

On a beautiful November morning I met with Jim the Swim near the West Cross Inn in Swansea and we walked to Rotherslade Bay on the Gower Peninsula for a swim, on the way we bumped into Chris and her former guide dog Big Dave. Chris told us the story of how she looked after Big Dave as a puppy then sent him on his way to learn his trade as a guide dog, and how one day she received a call saying that Big Dave was getting the sack because he had a phobia about wooden flooring and refused to enter shops and places that laid such traps for dogs. The problem was that his legs were too long and he'd slip and slide and slide and slip. Poor Dave, maybe he was just happy living with Chris and acting up in the knowledge that they'd send him home.

WHY ARE YOU KEEPING THIS INFORMATION SECRET FROM THE PEOPLE OF GLYNNEATH?

On the 27 March 2021. Councillor Knoyle posted information about the Heol Glyn development that had not previously been made public. He posted information about a document containing the results of chemical testing from soil at the Heol y Glyn site. He states that he had used this document in his role as a county councillor and undertaken due diligence in relation to the testing results contained in the document, he states in his post:

"I was provided with a copy of the WAC (Waste Acceptance Criteria) Tests which were carried out on 7th October 2020 - I received this confidentially, hence the reason I have redacted the image below. You will see that there are many contaminants identified in the samples, this is just a snippet of Sample 04 taken on 20th October 2020."

Councillor Knoyle and the complete Neath Port Talbot Council refuse to communicate with us and provide information that is relevant to the Heol y Glyn development in Glynneath. Why?

GLYNNEATH CONTAMINATION - TOWN COUNCIL MEETING 27 OCTOBER 2020 - ITEM 17

EAST GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION CORRESPONDENCE AND ASSOCIATED REPORT

Every Glynneath Town Councillor in this video is aware that Neath Port Talbot Council broke the land contamination rules in 2009 resulting in an above normal level of carcinogens remaining in the soil at the Heol-y-Glyn site. The soil should have been cleaned up or tested further once contamination of this level was found. The increased contamination and safety recommendations to protect Glynneath residents that were ignored has endangered the lives of Glynneath families for at least the last 12 years. It is possible that there are deaths in the East Glynneath area that may be related to this contamination and the ignored safety recommendations......

WINTER SWIMMING - NEOPRENE GLOVES, SOCKS & HOOD / HAT REVIEW - 2021

Covid lockdown had got to me because I hadn't swum since I had a quick dip on Swansea beach in November and my last decent swim was in September. I'd managed a swim every month last winter and January was probably the coldest month so I knew that to get a decent swim in, to enjoy it and to be relatively warm after it I needed some additional kit. WALES v NEW ZEALAND ALL BLACKS 1905 RUGBY PROGRAMME - THE HOLY GRAIL FOR WELSH RUGBY PROGRAMME COLLECTORS

On the 16 Dec 1905 Wales inflicted the first ever defeat of the NZ All Blacks by an international team. Wales were captained by Gwyn Nicholls and the match was played at CAP in front of a capacity crowd. Teddy Morgan scored the try that sealed a 3-0 victory for Wales over the All Blacks, the All Blacks thought they'd scored a try but it was disallowed. The match itself has been termed 'The Greatest Game Ever Played'. A match programme was sold at the ground on the day, There were unofficial programmes produced, a semi official programme and subsequent reprints, consequently the official match programme the most sought after programme for Welsh rugby programme collectors realising up to £5000 at auction. But how do we know what is an original programme. How can we identify the Holy Grail?

JIM UNWIN ENGLISH & BRITISH LIONS RUGBY INTERNATIONAL - KICK HIM DAI
Rosslyn Park, Eastern Counties, The Army, Barbarians, England and British Lions

In January 2001, I met with Jim Unwin at his home in Essex. At 89 years of age Jim was still as sharp as he ever was on the rugby field, he was reminiscing about his career, relating stories from the 1936 British tour of Argentina and 1938 tour of South Africa, about his fellow players Obolensky, Mayne, Cranmer & Gadney, Jim and I spent a pleasant afternoon going through his scrapbooks, reliving those great tours. I didn't get a lot of video footage at the time but Jim kept linking my name with a saying about the Welsh presumably from the 1938 tour of South Africa so I switched the camera on to capture this.

CUDDY GROUP TIPPING HABITS &  NATURAL RESOURCES WALES MISREPRESENTATION - GLYNNEATH CONTAMINATION - NEATH  PORT TALBOT COUNCIL COVER UP

In this video, we see how the Neath Port-Talbot Council Planning Development Manager Steve Ball has grossly misrepresented the role of Natural Resources Wales in the planning process for the Heol y Glyn development. This is evidence he is presenting as factual to the Planning Committee. We believe that the reason he does this is to cover up Planning Department malpractice which allowed the Cuddy Group to tip on the site unregulated and to provide the Planning Committee with a sense of lawfulness for the development and in particular the illegal tipping habits of the Cuddy Group. The Cuddy Group were tipping at the Heol y Glyn site from 2005 to 2016  while Natural Resources Wales was founded in 2013 and the Cuddy Group's first NRW licence dates from August 2014 by which time the majority of tipped material had been brought onto the site.

Neath Port-Talbot Council Planning Committee meeting 8 September 2020 in which I accuse the NPTC Planning Committee of breaching the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and rubber stamping Planning Department negligence and malpractice. This is related to the Enzo Development at Glynneath which borders my property. - CLICK HERE
https://youtu.be/J2fn1O2FF74 This video shows the streams behind Brynhyfryd in flood in 2016. Enzo want to build 3 houses on what has historically been a natural flood. It is impossible for the drainage system on the development to capture the complete run off from the site during a storm and any additional run off water from the site will increase the flooding that is already happening to the lower parts of Brynhyfryd and Woodland Park.

Dai & Gavin Beed perform an impromptu song at Beacon Ring on the Offa's Dyke path near Welshpool - 23 seconds. Gavin foolishly carried a guitar with him while travelling in the opposite direction to Dai on the Offa's Dyke path. Never one to let an opportunity for a song pass by, Gavin was press ganged by Dai into playing along. The song went on a lot longer but Dai's phone fortunately for all my phone ran out of memory. Apologies to Gavin for calling him Gary throughout the video. This is the first and only ever performance of the Beacons Ring Blues Band. You can thank your lucky stars there aren't any more.
