Thank you for the link but the Environment Agency does not exist in Wales, we are dealing here not with environmemntal issues but with unlawful killing by the agency in charge of those environmental issues in Wales & Neath Port Talbot , namely Natural Resources Wales and Neath Port Talbot Council Planning and Public Protection Department. These agencies have colluded with developers to break environmental regulations and so together the developers and the agencies are carrying out the unlawful killing of Glynneath residents. They are not following the environment rules they are regulated to enforce . The videos and documents I am providing you with are providing you with evidence of how these agencies have broken the rules that has resulted in deaths from contamination related illnesses in the area. We are dealing here with unlawful killing through the criminal offence Misconduct in Public Office. We are not dealing with contamination or the environment, we are dealing with unlawful killing through the criminal offence Misconduct in Public Office. I am providing you with information that confirms this. You need to understand this before begining to investigate this complaint properly. Your last reply is trying to point me in the direction of the English equivalent of the Welsh department who you should be investigating. If you don't investigate this properly soon, more people will die because the NPT council are trying to move/hide 20,000 tons of potentially lethal toxic waste without the proper licences etc. in an attempot to cover up historical malpractice and negligence by both organisations The two people within these organisations who are covering up this historic malpratice that is unlawfully killing the residents in Glynneath are Ceri Morris Head of NPTC Planning and Public Protection, and Jonathan Willington NRW. The video shows the direct falsification of environmental rules by the person who's job it is to enforce those rules. To repeat again. This is not an environmental issue.

I've copied Neath Port Talbot Council general email address along with the NPTC Council Leader to this and the generic board email address at Natural Resources Wales. I would suggest the way forward in this instance is for you to approch the heads of these organisations and ask them to provide counter evidence to you for the allegations that I am making. You need to make the heads of these organisations accountable for their staff otherwise it will filter down the chain of command in the organisation to the people committing the crimes and you be be back at square one dealing with me again because I have the evidence that proves criminal actions within these organisations and my family and other families in my area at risk of death because of these people. The people in my street are 112 times more likely to die from a rare neurodegenerative disorder than in a normal street. That is not normal and I can provide evidence that shows why people are dying and who is responsible.
