FB Post	extended private property discussion from Dom asking the 'difference question. I asked him the question "Is he allowed to clamp a car on private property" Iden Majeed said I don't know then went about explaining how he thought the road was a highway. CLICK HERE	Hi all - this is a test on how effective this group is going to be. Doms car has been taken away after being clamped on what looks like a council road but is in fact private property. Reading between the lines in the following conversation I would suggest that the enforcement officer has acted illegally in clamping the car on private property. The road belongs to a housing association and I suspect the enforcement agency should have had permission to clamp the vehicle first from them. This I suspect would also apply to the haulage company that took away the car. I suspect if they have acted illegally then we need to have the Housing Association Pobl on our side, does anyone have links with this organisation?. Could the group please investigate this information and feedback on this post so I can carry on with the video editing because I have a ton of footage of this incident. Shyaway - gone :)
	CLICK HERE	Bill who lives on the end house before the Pobl Housing Association land explains the layout then identifies that the council are the problem and he explains the layout of the land to Iden Majeed. The enforcement officer still needs to see proof in black and white. Bill has lived in the street for 15 years and his words and integrity are worthless to the Andrew James Enforcement Agency employee.
		Here comes the cavalry. Jeff with the documentation but teh Enforcement Officer, Iden Majeed is not interested in looking at it because his office has said that he's not allowed to. Dom has to show the office in Swansea the document. What we have seen in the video previous to this is that the enforcement officer has made a judgement call that Dom's car is parked on a highway. But in in this video, what Mr Majeed is saying is that he's not allowed to make a decision. He then goes on to defend his earlier judgement call and compared the Housing Association signs to the Council residents parking signs. This is a clear example of moral corruption. Whether or not he's acting legally or illegally is immaterial, he is sticking by his earlier judgement that the land Dom's car is on is a council highway despite overwhelming evidence that it is not. Video 1 - In video 1 of this series we see that he offers Dom the opportunity to provide proof of private land. Video 2 - In this video we see residents provide verbal proof and in this video we see residents providing documentary proof. Video 3 - Having been offered the opportunity to inspect documentation that proves he is wrong, the Enforcement Officer Iden Majeed refuses to do so. The reason I believe he does so is because his company will make more money from the additional fees generated such a storage etc.

		Q - In relation to the parking tickets issued by NPTC. When an enforcement action is taken by the recovery company Andrew James what is the amount that is received from A - get on to AJE and request written evidence that allowed them to enter the property owned by Pobl to clamp the car
