| On 23rd September 2025 the land was tested by a Short Bros Homes representative who we believe may be from the TFW Group Ltd (formerly Terra Firma Wales Ltd). In a discussion with the representative we provided information about the site history. Following on from this we made an information request to NPTC for information about this test which they said they did not have. The following video contains a recording of part of the discussion. |

- With regards to the land contamination test undertaken on 23 September 2025 at the heol-y-glyn site relating to the planning application P2021/0546. Please could you provide the results of this test as required by the Environmental Information Regulations. |

On 23 September 2025 the developer's agent (potentially Terra Firma) visited the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site to undertake chemical testing on land that had already been tested and found to be contaminated. The agent was given a partial history of the site to include information about death clusters surrounding the site. |
