NUMPTY KNOYLE

Dai Richards notes in red

Paul Northey - (to Dai Richards) True, it's important that people keep his companies behaviour in the public eye. Thought there was a climate emergency?? Stated by WAG, how come 100 trees can be cut??

Dai Richards - (to Paul Northey) - Unbelievable bullshit from the planning officer - brought the felling of the trees in last minute so no-one could check his facts then used phrases like information gap to drive his personal opinions down the throats of the committee, I quoted WAG Environamnet laws in my representation but the planning committee including a Seven boy Stephen Karl Hunt just lapped up his bullshit like it was ice cream. The only funny part was that Numpty Knoyle the local councillor bought the lot and the vacant expression on his face after he'd been shouting out that he'd been holding hands with the planning officers and Enzo on site was an absolute picture.

Simon Knoyle (to Dai Richards) Thanks for the unpleasant use of language to describe me above Mr Richards, I will not use such terms in my reply. I will provide you with some facts!

I am not a member of the Planning Committee but as this proposed development was in my ward (of which there are 2 members), I had received many letter of objections relating to various things and as you are aware, one of those was from a family member of mine.

So, the things that were important to local residents included but were not limited to - Trees, Land Contamination and and Flooding/Drainage.

Both of the local ward members wrote in to the Planning Officers to explain our position and to ensure that conditions were put on the Owners of the land to deal with these items. (The role of a councillor in the planning process according to (One Voice Wales) is to represent the people not their own personal opinions. 40 of us surrounding the site had placed objections with the planning department, by our position, he means Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan's positions and - the position of Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan, not the people of Glynneath whom he is elected to represent)

I hope that at this stage you would agree?

At the Planning meeting which took place via a video call, we expressed those views clearly and concisely, whether my face was an absolute picture or not I do not think is relevant, to you obviously it is? (I didn't think it relevant, just funny)

If I can now update you on the outcomes from that meeting and where we are today...

You will see from the photo that I will post next, the owners of the land are now going to take away the “mound” to a licensed tip which will be controlled via waste transfer certificates and carried out be a licensed contractor, I am sure that if you wanted to access records to confirm this once it has been undertaken that you could. (this would suggest that he doesn't care what happens, he is not interested in undertaking due dilligence)

They will then carry out test of the ground below the “mound” as was suggested by your local ward members, local residents and yourself!! (not true - we requeted that the land be tested down to ground level - meaning the top, middle and bottom of the spoil heap, not the natural ground under the mound)

Secondly, the owners of the company will NOT be taking down trees in a random manner. The Site Plan did contain comments that a whole range of trees would have been taken down but after we met on site with the Planning Officer, owner of the land and his agent, it was agreed that only those Ash Trees that had “died back” would be taken down together with some smaller trees situated on site to reflect the new layout, the larger and more mature trees around the boundary of the site will remain, indeed the owner of the land met with myself at the area commonly known as “the Garages” to discuss the trees in this area and he confirmed to myself and to 3 local residents including Katana Sophie Evans and Richard Barrett that this area of ancient woodland would remain and that he would “gift” in some fashion this area to the community for them to use as an area which has bluebells and large mature trees, the residents we met were very happy with this, a Community Group needs to be set up to deal with this and manage the area.

Finally Flooding and Drainage including the stream, I must admit that I am not able to provide an update on that at present but I will obtain details of this and reply to you at a later date.

The above is factual!

I am more than happy to discuss the above further, I will also be happy to meet you and others if we can - socially distanced, outside or on site to review anything that I have posted above.

I am in no way sticking up for the Planning Officers, Committee OR the Land Owner, I am explaining the current position following the meeting which you refer to and providing facts to you, which I believe I should do as your local elected Cllr. (Why didn't he act like a local councillor when I asked him about the planning notice?)

Thanks

Dai Richards (to Simon Knoyle) - I used the word Numpty which is what you are, a numpty, my definition of numpty is someone who lacks intelligence and just nods their heads as if they understand what is going on. Just like you did at the planning meeting. But what is worse in your case is that you are driving planning department corruption with your lack of intelligence. You really can't see the wood from the trees, excuse the pun. (Understood at a later date that he is acting like a Numpty to avoid accountability for the things he is aware of in relation to the site)

This is where I back up my claims.

You said

"You will see from the photo that I will post next, the owners of the land are now going to take away the “mound” to a licensed tip which will be controlled via waste transfer certificates and carried out be a licensed contractor, I am sure that if you wanted to access records to confirm this once it has been undertaken that you could.
They will then carry out test of the ground below the “mound” (misrepresentation) as was suggested by your local ward members, local residents and yourself!! (not me, I wouldn't be that stupid)

I say..........

That was the basis of the last set of conditions anyway, what has changed and what you can't see Councillor Numpty is that the reason the next set of plans are going in is because Enzo has already broken the conditions set by the planning committee . That is to test the ground before they took it away. As such the council should then be wrapping Enzo's knuckles and fining them for breaking the conditions. Instead they are changing the conditions to allow for Enzos illegal actions. What the council are attempting to do is move the goalposts chronologically backwards to cover Enzo's breaking of the conditions. The reason this happened is because residents have asked the planning department what happened with the testing?

You kissing the planning department's and Enzo's personal arse on site before the planning committee meeting didn't help those of us who care about our families, the environment and our neighbours. 40 people around the site objected to the plans - only you and Del Morgan supported the application from Glynneath. Perhaps I should have called you Judas Knoyle as opposed to Numpty Knoyle. If I'm wrong you''ll let me know of course and you will provide a reasonable argument backed up with facts. I'm happy to keep this converstaion going so that people of Glynneath can understand why they should avoid voting for you. My advice to you is that you should just shut your Numpty mouth like the last time we had a conversation on Facebook and get on to the NPTC planning department and ask them why they are patting Enzo on the back for breaking the conditions.

By the way don't forget to tell the people of Glynneath that you've known for the last 5 months that Cuddy broke the Environmental Protection Act., we are here of course talking about carcinogens floating in the air and potentially causing cancer to the people of Glynneath not the trees.

Note to anyone interested - both Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan have received this document.

EAST GLYNNEATH - RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION - REPORT SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING COMMITTEE ON 5/9/2020 - CLICK HERE

16/9/20 - follow up post on FB together with a private message

Simon Knoyle - I would ask by email but as you have failed to respond to any of my questions honestly for the last 6 months by email I wouldn't expect an answer from you. You can consider this then a freedom of information request and I hope that someone who is friends with Simon can paste this on his timeline.

Why have you scribbled out information on a public document? - what is the purpose of this action?

17/10/2020 - next day Simon Knoyle put a post on his personal page.

Simon Knoyle to all
Residential Development at land off A4109, Heol Y Glyn, Glynneath
Can I also tonight state the following:
There are some posts online regarding “information” on the above development in Glynneath - Enzo’s Homes.
Rather than entering into a debate on here regarding the ongoing issues, if anyone has any specific questions, please contact me directly via phone, text or e-mail.
This is not to stop freedom of speech as I totally respect everyone’s views, I will take all comments on board and deal with them but I am not going to tolerate personal attacks via online social media forums.
Thanks

Dai Richards (to Simon Knoyle) - you want people to contact you privately so that public information is hidden from the public. I accused you yesterday of hiding the fact that the council broke the Environmental Protection Act in 1990 and you've known about this for at least 5 months. I can prove this from the many emails you have refused to answer and the many questions I have asked you that you have refused to answer. You are a disgrace and an embarassment to the good people of Glynneath. I'm happy to keep this chain of communication going if you want me to provide examples. Keep it public so people can see who the real Simon Knoyle is - Dai Richards

The same goes for Del Morgan - I'm happy to have a public debate with Del to show everyone what a disgrace he his to the community.

When I say public debate I mean an on-line debate where documentary evidence is required rather than bumping the gums in public.

Lee Garrett (to Dai Richards) like yourself, I am a member of the community living directly on the boundary to the site who has concerns over certain aspects of the development i.e trees, contamination and flooding. While I support you in gaining answers and protections for these concerns, I don’t support your “schoolboy” tactics of name calling and attempts of character deformation of the local councillors. Continuation of these methods could only reduce the weight of the concerns in question. Speaking from experience, prior to the previous online planning meeting after learning the TPO in condition 31 had been removed from the application, I requested that Simon Knoyle to push for this condition to be reinstated along with the condition of the ground testing to be carried out down to original ground level. Both Simon and Del voiced their concerns on these points and the planning dept reinstated them. Again, while I support the same concerns you raise, there needs to be a mature and democratic approach to raising them if they are to be taken serious. I am sure many of the “elderly” residents you state you represent, would also prefer that method of approach.

13=s-knoyle.jpg (387935 bytes) 12-numpty-definition.jpg (69075 bytes)

Dai Richards (to Lee Garrett) Thank you for taking the time to read my post and offering me the opportunity of explaining myself. Simon Knoyle has known for the last five 5 months that the organisation that he works for has placed you and your family at risk for the last 12 years by hiding the fact that the Cuddy site was contaminated with above the normal level of grade 1 classified carcinogens. What this means is that you and you family are more likely to die as a result of this. I've been asking both him and Del Morgan to investigate this for the last 7 months, (They have known for the last 5 of the malpractice, they may have known longer which is the reason why they refused to answer my questions.) They have not, instead they've colluded with the planning department to push this development through despite 40 of of neighbours objecting to the plans. If you watch the video I placed on line yesterday you will see that I have placed an N on Simon Knoyles head when he is acting like a numpty. I have attached a photo of my definition of Numpty to this post so you will see that it means "a stupid or ineffectual person" I know this because I have spent at least 1000 hours reasearching about this development so I know when he's acting stupid and when he's ineffectual. Belive me when I say that Numpty is a kind word for him. The fact that Numpty goes nicely with Knoyle is an added bonus. You should watch the video I posted and there is one point you should really look closely at, is when Numpty Knoyle asks the contaminated land officer about when the land was tested for contamination. Bearing in mind that he's also sitting on a document that tells him exactly when the land was tested and why you and are family have been placed at risk. for the last 12. I hope this clarifies my position not forgetting the old schoolboy saying I've learned since living in Glynneath ......

CARCINOGENS AND CANCER MAY KILL MY CHILDREN BUT NAMES WILL NEVER HURT ME

Dai Richards (to Ruth Knoyle) - he's not hiding behind it, the document exists, he has a copy but he is hiding the actual document itself and the contents of the document from the people of Glynneath. The document shows that the Neath-Port Talbot Council have hidden contamination on the Cuddy site that has placed the residents of this area at increased risk from carcinogens and God knows what because the land was never tested properly after that. This breaches the 1990 Environmental Protection Act. He is part of a council cover up that has placed my children and grand children at risk. Think how you would feel if someone had threatened your kids, you would be far from happy. Go and ask him about the document and then come back and tell me that he's not hiding anything. There's a link below and a photo of the cover is attached.

If you ask him and he says he knows nothing about it then we just keep going until I show proof which I do have that he is hiding the document. Its better for you and your family that you drag it out of him now and he comes clean on the issue. The longer this goes on the worse it will be for him.

not sure if you've got kids or not but if you have and they've been placed in danger for the last 12 years so that a bunch of corrupt councillors can go on nice all paid for holdidays I'd suggest that you think before you make judgements of people you've never met. I didn't start this, Ruth Knoyle posted on my post and then suddenly disppeared when the truth became too hot for her to handle. You should ask her to

Tony Hughes - I'm delighted you've taken the time to ask this question, its good to see someone with intelligence asking the right questions at last.
The main issue is that the local councillors have been provided with a report that back in 2010 which provided evidence the council broke the Environmental Protection Act by not testing the site further. This means there has been an increased risk of death for our street and my children in particular. They are hiding this report from the people of Glynneath. This is a link to the document.
http://www.walk-around-wales.com/.../20200816A-DO-EGRA...
I believe that people have a right to know about this.
To answer your question about the contamination issue. If you watched the video you will note that I more than questioned the integrity of Enzo and that the committee decided that the ground would be tested before any soil was removed. The first thing that Enzo did was remove soil from the site without testing it first thereby immediately breaking the conditions.
When local residents then asked the planning department what happened with the testing the planning department stopped Enzo from working on site?
As such you would think that the council should then be wrapping Enzo's knuckles and fining them for breaking the conditions. Instead the council are attempting to allow Enzo to change the conditions to allow for Enzo's illegal actions. What the council are attempting to do is allowing Enzo to move the goalposts chronologically backwards to cover Enzo's breaking of the conditions. Why? Because who wants to buy a house on contaminated land so even if Enzo found contamination I would suspect he would hide it.
Simon Knoyle is supporting the change in conditions which is how the numpty exchange came about. You may have seen in the video he asked the CLO about the contamination. This information has been on-line since the plans were submitted and I pointed him to it 6 months ago. He is just not interested in learning about things like this.
Abouth the CLO stating the contamination is low. The planning department have been informed that barrels of chemical waste have been seen to be dumped on the site as well as a ton of asbestos, they haven't informed the CLO about this and the CLO is only looking at info on the screen in front of him with the 2-3 reports that he openly admitted were inadequate. He chooses his words carefully which allows him to say.
he'd seen were "nothing of concern in a normal development anywhere in the borough"
I hope this answers your question, if not please ask again and I'll try my best to inform.
you'll find more info here

Tony Hughes - So, you want Glynneath's county councillors to endorse your report and distribute it to the residents they serve; and you're upset that they've not done this? Is that what this is all about?
Tony Hughes - no its about accountability. The council broke rules which have placed lives in danger. The planning department are the culprits but they seem untouchable, they are only governed by the planning committee and the department do all the work including making the decisions so all the committee have to do is turn up on the day and nod their heads, for this they get paid, its a win win situation for boith parties. The planning department blocked me because I was asking the right questions then I asked the local councillors to ask questions for me but they refused. I then had to do all the digging myself to get those answers which turned up other stuff. The removal of the stream places my property in damnger of flooding and with both of them supporting the development with their personal opinions we had no chance. We are not against the development just the irresponsible way it is planned.

I think the difficulty you may have is the report is written by you (rugbyrelics(?)), hosted on your website (walkaroundwales(?)), shouted at by you and only you (from what i've seen and can see) - it's just a one man biased (rightly or wrongly) army trying to have the 'loudest' voice.
Eamonn Burns - very good research indeed, however I am not a one man band as you may think, I am what you might consider a ring leader however I do have the capability of publishing a website and my research team includes three doctors of chemistry who believe it or not all agree with my findings, and 25 households in Glynneath, most of whom have lived next to the tip for a very long time. What I have found is that when you ask the right questions they won't get answered which is why Ruth Knoyle won't answer my question see above which I've posted twice and Simon Knoyle won't debate with me on-line publicly even though I've posted this on his page. If I am wrong I'll be the first to admit it, however both Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan have been in possession of this document for 6 weeks and have been aware of the EPA breach since May. They are witholding this information from the people of Glynneath who have a right to know that their lives have been put at risk for the last 12 years by a corrupt council that Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan are supporting. I've used the links to Simon Knoyle and Ruth Knoyle so they'll know that I'm posting about them If they are your friends ask them why they don't deny that they are hiding this information. and task them to paste it on this post. Hope this helps, thanks for your post.

Dai, have you considered and used the NPTCBC Complaints Policy anywhere within your efforts to address your concerns?
