Dear Public Health Wales, |

| LETTER TO
RESIDENTS - NOT SENT
SIMON
KNOYLE - COUNCILLOR OF DEATH Simon
Knoyle placed a letter through several doors in Brynhyfryd, Waun
Gron and Woodland Park, on 14/2/2022. You may have received one,
he cares so much about Brynhyfryd and Waun Gron that he can’t
even spell them correctly. This
is the type of Councillor Simon Knoyle is, he is sloppy and negligent in his
actions, useless at his job as a councillor, but worse than
this, he’s a con artist who is placing you and your family in
danger from his actions, and when he writes letters to you
such as he has done recently, then he is a corrupt public
official. His modus operandau is that he’s happy to endanger the lives of the people
of this community to further his own political ambitions.
That’s why I call him, the Councillor of Death. I will give you an example: This is what Simon
Knoyle, the Councillor of Death said
said……………………….. When Simon Knoyle says there are no ‘plans’
submitted to the Local Planning Authority this is a lie, if you
search the NPTCBC planning website for the planning application
P2021/0546 you will see that there are plans there waiting to be
approved. If you look at the documents within those plans
“view associated documents” you will see a document called
“Soil Chemical Testing Phase 1 – October 2020”. This
document shows that there is actual chemical contamination on
the site that is lying on the top layer of the soil that could
potentially affecting people in this area as we speak. There
should be a human health risk assessment with this, that is
missing. The human health risk assessment as far as we are
concerned is the only relevant document in the planning process
that we should be concerned about. It is a document that tells
us how dangerous the contamination is. The contaminants in the
soil as you read this bordering on the houses of Brynhyfryd and
Woodland Park are up to 9 times the safety guidelines, which is
probably why the human health risk assessment is missing. Simon Knoyle is aware of this information. We
provided it to him in his role as Glynneath Town Council Chair
to be discussed at a Town Council meeting, it never was. This is
just one thing that Simon Knoyle thought not to tell you, a
tactical omission to make you think everything is fine, its not.
You and your family are in danger of death if you don’t start
listening. Simon Knoyle is like another Boris Johnson, he
has the smile and the patter and that’s where his political
skills end. He’s popular amongst the population. If you look at the first document in the list of
the planning application P2021/0546, Decision Notice P2020/0863
you will see that this planning approval has already taken place
and it removes the requirement for testing the spoil heap. Simon
Knoyle was instrumental in sneaking this planning application
through the process (see our latest video on YouTube) , he met
with Enzo and the planning department on site in October 2020,
while Enzo was breaking the conditions set by the council. The
spoil heap on the site has approximately 22,000 tons of spoil
and there are several eyewitness reports of toxic waste being
dumped there. Simon Knoyle is aware of these reports.P2021/0546
planning approval was done without the committee involved and
after Simon Knoyle PROMISED the people of Glynneath that the
testing would be done correctly. This soil hasn’t been tested
and it is going to be moved to fill in the stream right next to
those houses in Brynhyfryd that border the site. When Simon Knoyle mentions Public Health Wales
he doesn’t mention that people in Brynhyfryd have DIED from
extremely rare brain disorders that can be linked to
contamination. We prepared a document with this information
which was submitted to Glynneath Town Councillors who destroyed
this information and Simon Knoyle has been sitting on this
document since July of last year. The reason you have heard from Simon Knoyle this
week is because on 4 February we provided him with a list of
NPTCBC corruption incidents and health information relating to
the site that we were going to provide you, the residents with.
When he says that he’s done scrutiny, what he means is that
he’s worked hand in hand with Enzo Homes and the corrupt
planning department at NPTCBC to place the lives of my family,
your family and all the families surrounding the development in
danger. He is without doubt the most corrupt and
disgusting public official I have ever come across. This letter comes to you from Dai Richards,
Director, Rugby Relics Ltd, please feel free to inform the
police, Simon Knoyle or other
if you believe the information to be incorrect and of a
criminal nature. I have been fighting, Cuddy, Enzo, Short Bros
and NPTCBC planning department for the last 6 years on your
behalf, you may not realise it but I might have saved your life.
If you want to join me and others who are fighting Simon Knoyle,
Del Morgan and other corrupt councillors my details are below. Dai Richards, 66 Brynhyfryd, 01639 729000, dai@rugbyrelics.com Join GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION
on Facebook www.walk-around-wales.com for more Heol y Glyn site information. Search YouTube for Glynneath Contamination for
videos that explain the corruption associated with the Heol y
Glyn development. Questions to ask Simon Knoyle to establish his
integrity as a councillor. Why did you not mention about planning
application P2021/0546 in your letter. Why did you not mention about planning
application P2020/0863 in your letter. Can you confirm that the 22,000 cubic metres s of spoil
heap that no longer have the requirement to be tested are inert
and not contaminated. Why did you not mention in your letter that the
ground was tested and found to be contaminated in October 2020. Where is the human health risk assessment that
should have accompanied the contamination testing report in
October 2020 that you were asked to chase up in July 2021..
