Our Ref: 20221102A-LE-GTCO-egrac-cod

Dear Councillor,

I refer to the public statement overleaf jointly issued by the Glynneath Town Councillors in their role as County Borough Councillors on 25 October 2020. The statement as you can see refers to a document submitted to the councillors and also to all Glynneath Town Council members in October of 2020. The document to which they refer is the 'Council of Death' document which I resubmitted to the council during my public question in the July 2022 meeting. It shows how the Neath Port Talbot Council Planning Department failed to follow Contaminated Land Protocol in relation to contamination at the Heol y Glyn landfill site.
Councillors Knoyle and Morgan who were then, as they are now still part of the current Glynneath Town Council are using methods of deception (paltering) in the release. In effect they are lying to the community of Glynneath and to the other Glynneath Town Councillors whom it is intended to deceive. The statement was released prior to a Town Council meeting in which their role in relation to the Council of Death document was to be questioned. There is no evidence of a response to the Council of Death document by NPTC and the two councillors Morgan & Knoyle refuse to provide evidence of these responses when previously asked for these responses under the Freedom of Information Act. This act clearly breaches the Nolan Principles and is designed to cover up Neath Port Talbot Council malpractice. The contamination remains at the Heol y Glyn landfill site and is potentially killing people.
I am publicly stating on the website www.walk-around-wales.com and on the linked YouTube channel that the Glynneath Town Council is potentially causing the deaths of Glynneath residents and covering up the intended systematic abuse of children within the Welsh Government education process and you have not challenged this information. Therefore you support the stance the Glynneath Town Council as an organisation has taken to cover up this information. You are part of the Glynneath Town Council and you therefore you personally are guilty of the crimes the Glynneath Town Council is committing against the people of Glynneath. Simon Knoyle, Del Morgan and the relevant Town Clerks may be personally committing these crimes but your failure to act and to report these crimes and to whistleblow in accordance with council protocol on the deliberate misconduct of these public officials make you culpable of their crimes by association.

To date, the Glynneath Town Council have not answered my public question in July 2022 which required a simple yes or no answer. Neither have you in your role as a councillor followed up or communicated with me in respect to the communications I have provided you with or the public question I raised in the Glynneath Town Council.

I have failed to witness you give any support of the residents of East Glynneath in the 6 months that you have been elected as a councillor. I only see an increase in the corrupt behaviour of the Glynneath Town Council as an organisation and the continuing deaths of people living around a toxic waste dump which the Glynneath Town Council refuse to recognise as such.

To this effect unless you can provide a positive log of actions that shows you have supported the East Glynneath community and/or an objective response to the Council of Death document submitted to the Glynneath Town Council, I will now turn my attentions to publicly highlighting your ineffectiveness and unsuitability as a councillor to represent the community of East Glynneath. I will provide evidence of your continued support for the two corrupt factions, Plaid Cymru and the Glynneath Rugby Club coalition within the Glynneath Town Council that is covering up the fact that a toxic waste dump exists in Glynneath and contamination is lying exposed on the surface of it. That people are almost certainly dying from this toxic waste and this information has been submitted to both the Neath Port Talbot and Glynneath Town Councils and has been ignored by both.

In summary, you personally are potentially causing the Corporate Manslaughter of the people who elected you to represent them by your apathy. You have a role in the democide of Glynneath residents by your intentional negligence. Democide is the murder of any person through the democratic process. The three documents I resubmitted during my public question 4 months ago show how democide is potentially happening in Glynneath and unless you can provide counter evidence to these documents then you are part of the democide process. You personally, I would suggest are causing the intentional murder of the public through the democratic process.

regards - Dai Richards, for Rugby Relics Ltd on behalf of East Glynneath Residents Against Contamination.

Dear Councillor,

I refer to my letter delivered to your home address on 3/11/22 in which I signed off with the following comment.

"In summary, you personally are potentially causing the Corporate Manslaughter of the people who elected you to represent them by your apathy. The big picture is that the Glynneath Town Councillors Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle have manipulated the Glynneath Town Council over the last 3 years to cover up NPTC Planning Department corruption. Contamination was exposed by the developer Enzo and is still lying on the surface of the site. Our monitoring officer Jennifer Herbert has submitted to the clerk the information which the planning authority should follow but have failed to do so.

Your job as a local councillor I would suggest is to ask questions about
