Dear Councillor,

Reference the attached letter and linked public viewing video uploaded to YouTube in July 2021 https://youtu.be/ZNR32GjgBqM with 250+ views reaches the following conclusion........

"Ceri Morris (Head of Planning and Public Protection at NPTC) is continuing to, and has potentially murdered Glynneath residents to support the corrupt activities of the Neath-Port Talbot Council Planning Department."

Both Councillors Knoyle and Morgan were in receipt of this letter on 19 July 20a21. The letter was the third opportunity to challenge the information and conclusion in the letter. It should be noted that head of Democratic Services and Legal Services at NPTC was also in receipt of this letter. It is his job to legally challenge such statements or ensure that an investigation into the information contained in the video takes place. There is no record of this.

If we refer to Councillors Knoyle & Morgan 'pledge' to always do their very best for the people of Glynneath, then they must have undertaken an investigation on reading the conclusion:

Both councillors Knoyle and Morgan have refused to investigate our concerns or provide information to our group since April 2020. I refer now to a telephone conversation with Councillor John Blower yesterday in which he stated that he always passed on messages. The purpose of this communication is to ask you in your role as an East Glynneath Councillor to support the people of East Glynneath in undertaking actions on behalf of the people of East Glynneath, not to pass on messages, but to understand the problem and either work to resolve it with the people of East Glynneath, provide counter evidence to that supplied or resign and step aside, let someone else do the job who is willing to work for the people.

The clerk it would seem refuses to answer my public question. Considering it was a yes or no question which is a simple enough answer, she is clearly not interested in supporting the people of East Glynneath. She is clearly being manipulated by Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle and is supporting the continued endangerment of East Glynneath lives by her refusal to investigate information that she holds. I would ask that you either:

Follow up on this information and investigate what actions Councillors Knoyle and Morgan did on receipt of this information.

Report it to the police as Corporate Manslaughter, see the PSP document I have submitted to the Glynneath Town Council that was destroyed by the former East Glynneath Councillors Haulwen Morgan and Gerry Reynolds and not given to the clerk.

Whistleblow on Councillors Knoyle and Morgan who are working with the NPTC Planning Department to potentially murder Glynneath residents surrounding the Heol y Glyn landfill site. They refuse to provide relevant information requested or ensure that a Contaminated Land Human Health Risk Assessment is undertaken in accordance with Council protocol.
