Dear Mr Francis,
I refer to the video below featured in the public domain on YouTube that mentions toxic waste near Glynneath RFC that could be affecting playing from visiting teams, junior members at you club, local children visiting the park etc. The toxic waste is being hidden by two members of your committee along with other members. Myself and my family along with other members of our organisation have been submitted to a hate campaign by members of your club due to our stance that we would like to live next to toxic waste dump on which the correct council protocol is being followed. Judging from your email address you understand that the correct protocol in relation to undesirable elements within the environment should be followed for the safety of the people involved and that poisons can kill. Your club secretary Simon Knoyle has made several errors of judgement over the last couple of years that links his political ambitions with corruption at his
consultancy company and Glynneath RFC that I would suggest has made the club potentially vulnerable to lawsuits and committee members to criminal prosecution etc. It is not my intention to cause Glynneath RFC problems. Problems already exist because of the actions of your committee and members. I would suggest in the first instance that you and possibly the aforementioned club secretary, treasurer and (I believe) vice president Del Morgan meet together with representatives of our organisation in an attempt to resolve your problems amicably before they escalate into a national news story that will bring shame on this community.

GLYNNEATH COUNCILLORS COVER UP OF TOXIC WASTE NEAR GLYNNEATH RUGBY CLUB RFC CONTAMINATION QUESTION 2

Both Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan are linked to Glynneath Rugby Club. Simon Knoyle is the secretary. We have evidence from club members that show that Simon Knoyle is blatantly lying to members within the club, to local residents and the Glynneath Town Council in relation to the contamination recently exposed at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. It should be noted that the Glynneath Rugby Club treasurer Stephen Evans is also involved in the cover up of contamination that is potentially killing members of Glynneath Rugby Club and visiting teams.
On 19 July 2021 we made a public question asking for an update on the Heol y Glyn Development because there were 6 different toxic chemicals that have recently been exposed in the top layer of the soil. This is of serious concern to our group. Only Councillor Knoyle has made a public statement in relation to our question but he has not referenced the current exposed contamination which is of concern. The council have a duty of care in relation to this contamination to provide a risk assessment for human health by categorising the identified contamination from 1 to 4. This information has not been provided with the current planning application which is a concern. This video requests that the two Glynneath councillors ensure that this information is provided to the residents surrounding the site as soon as possible. As council tax payers it is our right to know the level of toxins we have been potentially exposed to. - Glynneath Residents Against Contamination Group.
