		I entered the NPTC Let's Talk meeting about 20 minutes before the end together with Jonathan and Wayne Sedgmore, we sat at the back, sitting at the top table were the Council Leader Stephen Karl Hunt and Simon Knoyle. There were at least 3 other councillors there that I knew and probably another 4 or 5, all sitting in the same area. There were about 4-5 members of the public, including Malcom Scott, Brian Barrett, Jennifer Lake & Gerry Reynolds. I made 3-4 representations in the form of questions and or observations including stating that the planning dept would do less work if they answered questions truthfully as opposed lying. Gerry Reynolds objected so I changed the terminology to fabricating information. I felt I handled my self well in the verbal exchange. Cllr Phil Rogers stated something about the planning website and I stated that it was not working. SKH said I should email hime - CHE and HOP with this info. After about 5 minutes after we arrived Ruth Knoyle turned up, potentially Simon Knoyle had sent her a text. She sat between us and SAK, about 2 rows in front. After the meeting Jonathan & Wayne went to wait for me outside, I went to introduce myself to SKH, having never met in person before, we shook hands and then I shook hands with Simon Knoyle, I said something like 'we should talk' and turned to walk away. As I was walking away he said 'talk about what'? So I entered into a conversation with him about his letter to the residents, Steve Hunt observed and chipped in every so often making it a three way conversation and I told him he had been informed about potential tampering to a chemical test. The conversation was needlessly interrupted by Cllr Phil Rogers and Mrs Knoyle who attempted to bully me based on the fact that I had posted a letter through her door at 5.30am one morning. I told her that was what postmen did and she should get over it, also to let her husband stand up for himself. I returned to the conversation with SKH & SAK who indicated that the developer would be holding a public meeting in relation to the development. He then started waffling about nothing in particular so I turned and walked out of the meeting. As I passed Gerry Reynolds I looked him in the eye and quietly called him a 'turd', I continued through the door and was confronted by Ruth Knoyle who looked my in the eye and said "I hope there's poison there and you die." I laughed in her face and headed towards the door but was caught up by Gerry Reynolds who asked what I meant. I stated that he had destroyed information that was meant to support the residents he was supporting. He said that it was a Mickey Mouse document that was worthless. I turned and left. Jonathan and Wayne had left, I called into them on the way home and relayed the story to them
