The chair of the planning committee mentions the document at the beginning of the planning meeting 8/9/2020. In this edited for Glynneath content only, she calls it 'certain literature' early in the planning meeting video at 4.25. https://youtu.be/FVMEVOOfUAo

GLYNNEATH TOWN COUNCIL MEETING 27 OCTOBER 2020 - ITEM 17 - EAST GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION CORRESPONDENCE AND ASSOCIATED REPORT

The report was submitted to every Glynneath Town Councillor with the purpose of asking Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle what due diligence they had undertaken since we had provided them information of council malpractice that had placed the lives of Glynneath residents in danger. Both councillors were named in the document as refusing to engage in communication with us which they had been doing since April 2020.
After this short discussion seen in the video, the Glynneath Town Council decided that it was best left up to the Neath Port Talbot Council planning department to investigate their own corruption and not to ask Councillor's Morgan & Knoyle any questions.
