Hi Kevin - thanks for the email, I welcome any approach that highlights the problems people have with the council in our community of NPT. As you rightly say, they are there to provide a service of care to the community and in my opinion there are falling short on this in a big way. For me to understand your problem better I think a face to face meet would be best to look over the information you have in relation to your problem. If you are agreeable, I'll be travelling through Neath today and tomorrow and could meet you for a chat. - Dai |

Dai, that would be great and greatly appreciate you getting back to me. |

Met with Kevin over coffee at Rupert's Coffee Shop, Neath. He wants to run a ebay buy and sell business from a storage facility in NPT. Originally from Cwmgors, lives in Bryncoch. His wife is a JP and is doing a PhD in children's play which is almost completed. Having problems with Andrew Collins at Sandfields Business Centre, has been in contact with SKH and mentioned David Phillips. Formerly worked at Ford's took a redundancy option to go into business. |

Stage 1 Negotiation with SKH & KJO with potential referral to Andrew Collins positives = has money to invest, and is a potential employer but needs a base to work from. Has a good turnover of clothing and footwear and needs a dry secure unit to work from. negatives = Having problems with communication NPTC was told he was at the top of the list for SBC and then learned that someone else had been offered HIS place. Has looked at other locations in the borough but is receiving variable information on the process for renting a unit etc. Mr Walters has approached our company with a view to negotiating a fresh start between the parties that will satisfy both parties, will provide a pathway for KWA that will bring potential prosperity and jobs to the county borough AMBIDIDDLEMOUS - GOVERNMENT AGENCY SOLUTIONS Propose = stage 1 - £25 per hour estimate - council blocking tactics 2 hours = £50 estimate - council co-operation - 6 hours = £150 (bonus on successful completion of 6 months problem free rental = £500) Stage 2 ?
