THE SYSTEMATIC ABUSE OF WELSH CHILDREN THROUGH THE PLAY PROCESS - DESIGNER DEATHS

| The link
below is a research report paper submitted by myself and
author Neilson Kite to the Welsh Assembly Government's
Children's and Young Person's Education Committee. There
is no evidence the actual committee discussed this
together although each member received a copy delivered
to their home address. Following on from the committee meeting we
established that the CYPE broke WAG protocol in relation
to the paper. Prior to the meeting one of the committee
members was also provided information on how the
education material in children's play breached Article 31 on the United Nations
Children's Rights Charter. She was absent at the meeting
in which we believe the paper should have been
discussed. The paper shows that children are
deliberately being placed in harm's way on the basis of
a scientific misrepresentation. That playworkers are
encouraged to place children in life threatening
situations daily. This according to the UK
Government is child abuse. See above image.
In essence, several current high profile assembly members and government officials whose role it is to care for the children of Wales were made aware that Welsh children are being systematically abused through the play process based upon the misrepresentation of scientific literature. Records show that this has been happening for at least 20 years. |

| The link below is an example of death by 'deep play' in Neath Port Talbot. The death of this child happened after both Neath Port Talbot and South Wales Police had been informed of abuse through play. The death of this child may not be linked to the government, however, during the L2APP course we attended a film was shown of children playing in similar circumstances, jumping in to a river without adequate safety cover. The film showed several instances of children being abused, Swansea City Council have refused to release this film when requested. The head of Swansea City Council was also given a presentation on the methods of deception used by the author of the course literature to avoid complying with the United Nations CRC Article 31 on which the course was based. |

below is to an image to a HSE information that
accompanied the committee reply stating that:
Understanding the purpose of risk control is not the elimination of all risk, and so accepting that the possibility of even serious or life-threatening injuries cannot be eliminated, though it should be managed." HSE use a double negative to avoid openly stating that children are allowed to die in the play environment. - HSE leaflet "Children's Play and Leisure - Promoting a Balanced Approach - September 2012. https://www.a-better.wales/ - This website needs an update. I have not worked on it for 5 years. During this time the information has been fed into the local councils as per the first video it can be seen that the information remains hidden.
