I have built the following two pages to highlight some, but not all of our concerns. Can I suggest the following based on the fact that you will be most interested in step 3.

1. That you familiarise yourself with step 1 to ensure that we have cause for concern and that an investigation at least, would be worthwhile.

2. That we skip step 2 once you have satisfied yourself that step 1 is complete and we move straight to step 3 to incidents that I believe are criminal acts or require investigation that will lead to a potential conviction for a criminal act. If you want to see evidence of following protocol and the refusal of public officials to follow it, or other information in relation to a particular crime, I can then I can backtrack to the specific information required in step 2 and provide this information to you. I hope this makes sense.
