CASE STUDY 1

RUGBY UNION - THE ORIGIN OF THE SPORT In 2016 I completed my first book "Understanding the ORIGIN & EVOLUTION of Sport - Volume 1 - Rugby Union". It is about how Rugby started and I provide an analysis of the process of how games and sports are invented or created.  From detailed research I conclude that it is impossible for William Webb Ellis to have invented Rugby Union which is the accepted origin of the sport as defined by the sport's governing body World Rugby. The sport's historical origins can be traced back through its ancestor sports Rugby Football to one of the games of Eton School imported into the school in the 1700s by an Eton educated headmaster Thomas James. CASE STUDY 2 - TOXIC WASTE DUMP MISREPRESENTATION
Our company HQ is located next to a toxic waste dump and we have spent the last 9 years working together with, creating and co-ordinating a group residents surrounding the site to prevent them from further dumping, moving around and building on top of the toxic waste. The process is ongoing and we have built a sub-section of our Walk Around Wales website to provide analysis, presentation and identification of government corruption.

COUNCIL OF DEATH? - 1990 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT BREACH An investigative research report that identifies how the Neath-Port Talbot Council Planning Department broke the 1990 Environmental Protection Act when they failed to follow the protocol documented in their Contaminated Land Strategy.  The report has been submitted to Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, Glynneath Town Council & Natural Resources Wales. These organisations refuse to accept responsibility for their role in government or to provide a counter analysis on the purpose of this document which is: "This report is being submitted to the members of Neath-Port Talbot Council for the verification of information and the opportunity to provide counter evidence to the information and allegations made in this document." PROGRESSIVE SUPRANUCLEAR PALSY - ‘PSP’ CLUSTER, BRYNHYFRYD, GLYNNEATH An investigative research report on how residents from the houses surrounding the Heol y Glyn landfill site in Glynneath are dying of rare neurodegenerative disorders that is almost certainly linked to ground contamination that is being covered up by public officials.  This report has been submitted to Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, Glynneath Town Council & Natural Resources Wales.  These organisations refuse to provide a counter analysis on this document, the conclusion of which is: “Residents of Brynhyfryd are dying from the rare neurological disorder Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. These deaths are almost certainly due to specified and other probable unspecified contamination tipped at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. CASE STUDY 3 - DEEP PLAY - The Welsh Government have funded an education programme to disadvantage and potentially cause harm to children in the play environment. We have built a website A Better Wales to highlight the inaccuracies and misrepresentation of scientific material that places children in life threatening danger in the play environment.  We submitted a paper to Welsh and Local Government to highlight this. Both government agencies failed to follow protocol and discuss the information in our submitted paper.
