My initial letter included the following information

It should be noted that they are covering up a breach of the 1990 Environmental Protection Act and have used methods of deception and blocking to avoid my relevant queries in relation to this.

He doesn't mention the 1990 EPA but does mention that it is not a special site. It might be suggested that you are clearly avoiding reference to the EPA 1990 and as such if this is the case then your letter coulsd be seen as supporting NPTCBC corruption. The term (which this site is not) is an assumption based upon the fact that site has not been tested, that is you believe the site have assumed the site is not a special site based upon the fact that it has not been

BP - people are dying through NPTC corruption

GI - he has avoided reports

changed the nature of the communication from people dying to contamination

avoided accountability by referring back to NPTC the perpertrators of the original crime.

end on NPTC statement that EPA not in force during the planning process

cut to planning chapter earliest opportunity in CLS

unless you can provide evidence to the contrary it must be accepted that you are a corrupt official

    show the communication

2 reports - focus on the EPA breach & PSP deaths

add the Wattrelos map that shows the general spread of PSP throughout the population.

PSP report conclusion.

our communication provides info to NRW that allows them to do their job to protect the people of Glynneath from harm caused by NPTC malpractice and corruption.

provided historical info that has no relevance to the information contained in the reports provided.

Changed the nature of the communication from one about a breach of the EPA and the resulting consequences that have most likely caused the deaths of Glynneath residents to one of contamination inspection responsibilities

use the special site info.
