In the full meeting of the Glynneath Town Council on 13 December 2022 during item 7c you stated that you sent "quite a detailed email" to the NPTC planning department in relation to the Heol y Glyn development. I refer to the Freedom of information act, please could you supply the following information.

1. Your initial detailed email to the planning department.

2. Any subsequent emails to the planning department on the same subject.

3. Any reply received from the planning department at NPTCBC in reply to your emails.
