Good morning Alyn
Thank you for your email and FoI request. I have put your full answer to your email request in the attached pdf.
While I've answered the questions in the letter in the format we use for responses to FoI requests, I would also like to add an extra piece of information to this email as well. While I've not received any response from the planning department, I am sending the same email (as the one that was sent and is in the attached pdf) as a forwarded email and copying in Craig Griffiths with an extra line asking who to send this to specifically to get an answer on behalf of the Town Council. There's an additional sentence of "as per my email from November 2022, to which I'm afraid I have not yet received a response, please let me know if there is a more suitable email address to send these questions to."
I am hoping that this will keep it a diplomatic email with enough of a prompt to send a reply back to me. I haven't included this in the FoI as a separate email purely to avoid replicating information to you, but if you would like me to put it into a pdf letter for you, just let me know.
Thank you again and I hope that this email finds you and your family well. Please let me know if there's an issue with the file format at all.
All the best,
Ceri
