The reason I called Simon Knoyle a Numpty is because he uses play dumb deveption in council meetings when he wants to get away with something, when he wants to break the rules. Its called play dumb deception. He uses it all the time when he wants to break rules. He'll say things like 'I don't know if I can do this' or ' I'm not sure if this is allowed but' He was doing it all the time in the planning meeting that allowed Enzo to build which is why I called him 'Numpty Knoyle'. There's an excellent example of this in this video where he uses it to blatantly break rules. You should watch it to see how much like a numpty he actually acts with the hand gestures and everything, At 6.15 in the video he states.
"I don't know if I'm allowed to do this or not"
He playing dumb as a means of deception which is why I call him Numpty Knoyle.
This video would also be useful for the football boys to watch to see who you are snuggling up to in bed. At least Shane can see this and refuses to get sucked into his blatant corruption.

Its not a derogatory term at all - its a noun - it describes someone who stupid and ineffectual. Just so that you are aware of the level of stupidity he is capable of reaching, the image you see here is one I posted on this group after I called him a numpty. It shows that both he and Del Morgan met with planning officials and Enzo on the site while Enzo was breaking conditions to support a planning application that removes the chemical testing from land that has already tested as contaminated and has reports of barrels that may contain toxic waste (that he knows about) that allows 21,000 cubic metres of toxic waste to be moved closer to the houses in Brynhyfryd and Woodland Park. If he's going to support the murder of the people he is elected to represent then he should keep his head down like Del Morgan does and do nothing. Instead he posts information publicly. He is a numpty, he is stupid and he is ineffectual. Now I've given you reasoning twice why I've called him numpty and I'm happy to keep doing this for as long as it takes. Its only a derogatory term if it does not have reasoning behind it.

Its a personal opinion and not one I'd take if I was representing the people of course. I don't see the point in fencing an area just to keep dogs off. There is your waste of money,. Its costing money to make things worse. As for bickering over a piece of land I actually care that my family are living next to a toxic waste dump and I am fighting for their safety and the safety of everyone else in Brynhyfryd and Woodland Park against a man who is deliberately endangering peoples lives including yours.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this information. I retract what I said about you being a coward for the moment and I apologise if you took offence over it. My suggestion is that you do not react to the information I'm giving you here, take some time to think about it, digest it, and talk it over with your family.
The source of the problem is with the Cuddy Group tipping, and council planning department corruption between 2008 and 2010.
The current problem is with our elected representatives, we have 6 - we have 3 local councillors, John Blower, Martha Cowley, and Emyr Harris (Del's puppets), of the Glynneath Town Council, Simon Knoyle (and formerly Del Morgan) of NPTC, Jeremy Miles of the Welsh Assembly and Christina Rees of the UK government. None of these are prepared to challenge the planning department corruption or ask relevant questions on our behalf because it means stepping out of their comfort zone and may go against their personal opinions and political party line. Cuddy made a donation of £10,000 to the Labour Party in 2007 to sweeten the labour party members. Of the 6 elected representatives, Simon Knoyle is working against the community by using methods of deception and mis-information to support current planning department and developer corruption which has placed Glynnneath families in danger, not just those bordering the site, airborne toxins travel and all Glynneath is at risk. Del Morgan is the same because he is historically negligent and I know for one that he took favours from Cuddy in the form of Ospreys tickets.

An excellent example of Simon Knoyle working against the community is the letter that he put through your door in February of last year. (Image of front attached.) Note the quality of his work, he can't even spell Brynhyfryd and Waun Gron correctly. There are two main points of deception.
1. He tells you there are no plans - this is a lie. I've submitted this information to our three local councillors in this letter, none oof whom have responded to me. Plans P2021/0546 are waiting to be approved, these plans include 21,000 cubic metres of the spoil heap being moved closer to your house. without testing it first
2. People are dying in this street of rare neurodegenerative disorders that can be linked to contamination and a document that was been submitted to local councillors was destroyed by our then local councillors Gerry Reynolds and Haulwen Morgan.
Simon Konyle was then given a copy of the report and this is why he says in his letter of 14/2/2022 that he has met with Public Health Wales. He should be pushing for an investigation into these deaths but instead he's covering them up. He's lying when he says he met with PHW , a Freedom of Information request from Public Health Wales says he never met with them. He is working against the people he is elected to represent to ensure that toxic waste that has been identified and confirmed to exist is not dealt with in the correct manner. This in my eyes is murder,

Phill - At this point I would suggest that if you have read and understood what I have said, you should make a decision on your priorities,. Mine are with the safety of my family and the group of residents I represent and they stop there until my family and the families I represent are safe. If yours are with the safety of your family I can help you form the right questions to ask your six elected representatives so that you can find out for yourself where the problems lie. It lies with them. and in particular with Simon Knoyle

In a nutshell I'm telling you that Simon Knoyle is spearheading a campaign by Neath Port Talbot Council to potentially murder you and your family to cover up planning department malpractice between 2008-2010 .
I would suggest that if you are a man you either fight for the honour of Simon Knoyle or you fight with me to safeguard your family and the families in your street. If you do nothing, then you are definitely a coward.
I welcome a response, but like I say, think about it and don't rush it.

I have informed you that a person is covering up toxic waste that is potentailly killing people as we speak and you then want to allow him to control, £800,000 of our money to build a fence to ruin the last open space in Glynneath after he has already proved himself to be corrupt in a Town Council meeting. Your priorities and ethics are abysmal and the reason why this community is in the state it is.

Its a personal opinion, its not a serious post, I value open spaces above money, always have and always will. I don't want to see money spent on Bethania either but putting a fence around pitches to keep dogs off is nonsense, what about the kids playing outside the fence rolling around in the grass - the chances of them rolling in shit increases tenfold I'd say if you fence off half the park for 90 minutes a week.
