Hi Peter - Thanks for agreeing to look at this for me. I would suggest that the subject matter is quite complicated even for a seasoned Councillor like yourself so what I would offer is to make a presentation and take any questions from your chair or governance and audit committee if they so wish.

I should also say at this point in time that your support officer Alison Thomas is also involved in this case but to a lesser degree. Councillors in Glynneath did not follow her advice when it was offered.

Please find attached the following information:

1. (image xo/11) An email from Christina Rees MP requesting from the Council Leader a final response from NPTC in relation to a document submitted to the council in September 2020. The document identifies malpractice in the planning process that breached the 1990 Environmental Protection Act. No response to date has been received.

2. (image xp/35) A response to the M.P. from my Councillor Simon Knoyle. Following this email we offered Councillor Knoyle the opportunity to debate the information contained in his response while the MP observed. No reply was received from him instead.................

3. (pdf 20230427A-EM-CCEX-CREE-waw-refer) A response to the M.P. from the Chief Executive, Karen Jones, discrediting me, misrepresenting the 1990 EPA and refusing to provide any information to Christina Rees, the M.P.

4.(diocument 20200816A-DO-EGRA-report-submitted) The document in question submitted to 15 councillors in 2020. It should be noted that although I am the author, my research and support group includes two members who have a PhD in Chemistry, a Heath and Safety expert and an expert in industrial contamination. 

5. (document 20230606A-EM-GRAC-CREE-report) My response to the MP which was copied to Karen Jones with supplementary note. A hard copy delivered to her at the NPT offices in Port Talbot. It points to evidence contained on the council website of the deliberate endangerment of human life. in the planning approval P2020/0863
