Rugby Relics Ltd Dear resident of the East Glynneath ward Subject matter: The Heol y Glyn landfill site ( the 'tip' ) and the criminal actions of Simon Knoyle In this letter I am providing you with evidence (overleaf) and I am publicly stating that your local Councillor Simon Knoyle has undertaken criminal actions to support Neath Port Talbot Council corruption that may potentially cause your death. Councillor Simon Knoyle is aware that the NPTC council planning department have on two occasions used the planning process to remove the further testing of contaminated land and have then defined the land as inert, that is safe. I have for the past 3 years and 4 months made an in depth study into the planning process in relation to the 'tip' and the methods that Simon Knoyle has used to support the corrupt activities of the NPTC planning department. The result of that in depth study has found that Firstly it is important to understand the nature of the 'tip'. It is a landfill site that since around 1937 has been used to tip both domestic and industrial landfill. It was owned by a company called the Cuddy Group Ltd, who were at one time during their tipping activity at the site the 12th largest demolition company in the world. There is no evidence that they ever intended to build houses. The Cuddy Group were known as an asbestos removal specialist and residents have reported to the council suspicious activity at the site to include full barrels of what may contain radioactive waste. These reports have not been investigated. I for one am NOT taking chances with the lives of my family and those people who have asked me to represent them in relation to the recent planning applications by Enzo Homes. This purpose of this letter is to place this information into the public domain of the criminal activity of Simon Knoyle and the rest of your elected representatives, none of whom will face up to their responsibilities. If you are one of Simon Knoyle's Psycho Army you can throw this in in the bin and you can continue to support his criminal actions. Residents like Angela Thomas and Haulwen Morgan living in Brynhyfryd have publicly supported Simon Knoyle's criminal activities even though they have been provided evidence that could potentially cause the death of themselves or their family members. If you are concerned about the contents of this letter, either way, please ring the police 101 and tell them to investigate either me or Simon Knoyle, Doing nothing perpetuates the corrupt activities of Neath Port Talbot Council whose disgusting behaviour is almost certainly causing the deaths of residents bordering the 'tip'. If you are concerned, don't ring me, ring the police, this is a police matter. This letter also provides you with evidence of this behaviour. The image overleaf is between two of your elected government representatives. It is an email dated 20 April 2023, from your County Borough Councillor, Simon Knoyle to your M.P. (Member of Parliament) Christina Rees. The subject of the email is me (David Richards) and relates to my role as chairman of the organisation Glynneath Residents Against Contamination and a 16 page document submitted to 15 NPTC Councillors that included Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan in September 2020. The document identifies that NPTC broke the Environmental Protection Act (1990) in 2010 to support the Cuddy Group's continued tipping of industrial waste at the 'tip' without undertaking the required protocol in relation to the harmful contamination already identified at the site. Both Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan are identified in the document as covering up this information on behalf of the council. The document has never been responded to by the council and the M.P was writing to the Council Leader, Stephen Karl Hunt for an official response on our behalf from the council in relation to the document. Simon Knoyle was copied to the email by the M.P. as the local councillor and the main image overleaf is Simon Knoyle's reply to the M.P. on behalf of Stephen Karl Hunt and the Neath Port Talbot Council. To summarise this information and its possible consequences: A residents group living around the Heol y Glyn landfill site have identified that the council has broken environmental laws that has endangered the lives of the neighbouring residents since 2010. They submitted a document in September 2020 to the council with new information identifying the process used by the council to break the environmental law. The request is a simple one, it asks the council for an official response in relation to this information. Simon Knoyle, who appears in the document as covering up information relating to the process in his role as a councillor is telling the M.P. that the information in the document had already been responded to in May 2020. Simon Knoyle states that both he and Del Morgan have been verbally abused, bullied, harassed, slandered and libelled by me. He then offers to personally meet with Christina Rees to show her this information. He also passes on the responsibility of covering up the historic corruption to the people whose responsibility it is to prevent it, but have failed to do so, that is, the heads of department at NPTC. Simon Knoyle in this email has made an action that supports historic council corruption in relation to contamination that borders our properties. He has been doing this together with Del Morgan since April 2020 and continues to do so with this email. He has for the last three years supported council planning department corruption that has almost certainly caused the death of residents in this area. He is elected to represent you and to provide care to you and your family in relation to governance to the people in this community. However, he is instead still working to support corruption within local government, he has for the last 3 years covered up council malpractice and environmental crimes made by developers that is potentially killing residents as we speak. One of those residents is you. Other residents include your family, your neighbours and any friends you have living in the area. Glynneath Residents Against Contamination is a group of residents living close to the 'tip' that was formed following the refusal of Councillor's Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle to follow councillor protocol and represent the residents in relation to contamination that was found at the site. At a later date, the two councillors (Knoyle and Morgan) again refused to follow councillor protocol and actively supported a known environmental criminal who spread this contamination and other subsequently dumped toxic waste around the site that broke two UK government environmental laws. The Environmental Protection Act (1990) and The Control of Pollution Act (1974) It is a known fact that people who live next to toxic waste sites are more likely to die from toxins released from these sites. This is why environmental laws exist, they exist to protect the public. The smaller image to the bottom right hand corner overleaf is one posted on social media in October 2020 by Simon Knoyle. It shows that both he and Del Morgan met with corrupt planning officials and Enzo Homes on the site while Enzo was breaking these environmental laws. Evidence submitted to both councillors shows that residents surrounding the 'tip' have almost certainly died as a result of toxic waste being tipped at the site. This evidence has been destroyed by serving councillors at Glynneath Town Council and not presented to the council as per council protocol. This is a criminal offence known as Misconduct in Public Office. As stated previously, the purpose of this communication is to identify to you that Simon Knoyle has undertaken criminal actions that may cause your death or the death of your family members in his role as a councillor. He has been doing so since April 2020. You may think this far fetched, but the two images overleaf are what is known as evidence, and I can assure you that I have a mountain of other evidence that can back up everything I say. I refer again to the letter overleaf in which Simon Knoyle states about me: (1) "I (and previous Cllr Del Morgan) were subjected to a tidal wave of abuse, bullying, harassment, slander and libel against us which continues to this day." (2) "Christina - I am more than happy to come and see you and show you all of the email correspondence that I have and copies of all of the social media posts from Mr Richards in relation to this item, let me know when it is convenient for you." What we see in these two paragraphs are Simon Knoyle's, M.O. (his modus operandi - that is the way he works) Paragraph 1 - He blatantly lies. Paragraph 2 - He meets personally with people and shows them selected information so that he can spin his personal story around the information to corroborate his lies. We see this M.O. time after time in Simon Knoyle's public communications over the last three years including the letter you received on 14/2/2022 about the Heol y Glyn site. What you won't see is Simon Knoyle offering to meet with residents like myself who know what they are talking about in relation to identified contamination at the 'tip'. If what I'm saying about Simon Knoyle is libel and slander he could take me to court, likewise with this letter to you, if he believes he isn't there are legal channels to follow that don't include our M.P. He is a liar who is willing for you to die to support his political and business ambitions. I am publicly stating that Simon is committing criminal actions as a 'public official' that support the cover up of breaches of UK laws that may cause your death. This is the reason why you and your family are still living next to a toxic waste dump. A landfill site where eyewitness reports of toxic waste being dumped are ignored and where plans have been passed to move over 20,000 cubic metres of this confirmed toxic waste next to your homes. P2020/0863 - PLANS of DEATH Check out the plans P2020/0863 on the NPTC website which show the removal of chemical testing for contamination for the large spoil heap on the site. Eyewitness reports from a resident overlooking the site indicate that the Cuddy Group buried industrial barrels of waste there that potentially contained toxic waste. The land has already been tested and found to be contaminated on three occasions and according to the NPTC Contaminated Land Officer sufficient testing for contamination of this material has never taken place. Yet plans were passed to remove the safety testing for contamination and Simon Knoyle was part of this process meeting with planning officials and Enzo on the site in October 2020. Simon Knoyle is in effect a criminal who is working together with other corrupt public officials within the Neath Port Talbot Council and Glynneath Town Council who are potentially murdering or attempting to murder you as we speak. This is known as 'democide': It is...........the killing of members of a country's civilian population as a result of its government's policy, including by direct action, indifference, and neglect (Collins English Dictionary) The irony of this whole situation is that if like me you are paying council tax, then potentially you are paying to be murdered by these people. If you want to research this information for yourselves, visit our website www.walk-around-wales.com or YouTube channel (search: Walk Around Wales Channel or Glynneath Democide). If you have any questions, would like further evidence or to join Glynneath Residents Against Contamination contact me, or join the Facebook group Glynneath News and Views, this is a safe space for communication and expressing you views in relation to this subject. If you believe this information to be untrue, then surely I am committing a criminal offence, please report me to the police, the number to ring is 101 and my name is David Richards and my address is below. If you are concerned for the safety of your family and that this information may be true, please ring the police on 101 and ask that they investigate this information (make sure you save the report number). Its only a phone call and it costs nothing. Doing nothing could cost you your life. You only have one life, protect it from criminals like Simon Knoyle. regards David Richards (Director, Rugby Relics Ltd, 66 Brynhyfryd, SA11 5BA, tel 01639 729000, email abetterwales@gmail.com |
