Hi Rachel - lovely to talk to you yesterday. Further to our conversation can I suggest that when you present this information to the partners that the following be taken into account. 

Due to the complexities of the case, ,I would suggest that Colins Law would be responsible for the legal processes so that you are not overwhelmed with information and I would be responsible for the provision and organisation of information. For example, you might ask the question:

Can you demonstrate where an envirnmental law has been broken by the developer and provide evidence?

At this point I will create a web page that identifies the crime and any supporting evidence which your firm can appraise and decide whether or not there is case. If you need hard copies of documents, I can post these to you. 

I have evidence that the developers broke environmental laws, that the councils have colluded with developers to hide contamination, that the regulatory authorities have refused to investigate deaths despite being provided this information, that the police have refused to investigate crimes and are covering up council crimes. 

A key element to our case is the submission of 2 research report papers to the local councils both of which have been ignored or destroyed. 

Document 1 submitted on 7/9/2020 shows how the local council planning department malpractice broke the 1990 Environmental Protection Act ibetween 2008 and 2010 through a serious of planning approvals that avoided remediation following contamination testing. I have evidence that shows the council are deliberately refusing to respond to or tackle the information within that document..

Document 2 - shows that residents are almost certainly dying of contamination. Again this document has been submitted to the councils and not dealt with. I have evidence of councillors destryoing the document instead of presenting it to the council.

Subsequent to the video a further 6+ people surrounding the site have died. I have in each case followed protocol with regards to council procedures, and retained eveidence, I can proove beyond reasonable doubt that my local councils are deliberately still endangering the lives of residents in my street, including my family to support the crimes of an environmental criminal who has broken environmental laws.
