ACTION THREAD - GLYNNEATH TOWN COUNCIL CLERK

 CLICK FOR END

next   GTCO wanted to submit a document that identified Corp Manslaughter to the planning department who are committing it. the PSP document should be submitted to the police, Public Health Wales or NRW (Wales audit office). Is that an appropriate place for further investigation or is it the right place for a cover up.

83.jpg (429358 bytes) I've made this video to highlight a report submitted to the Glynneath Town Council that has gone missing. It was hand delivered to the Glynneath Councillors Gerry Reynolds and Haulwen Morgan on 3 May 2021 and the Glynneath Town Council discuss the letter that accompanied the report on 8 June 2021. This video provides evidence of the missing report and shows the Town Council discussion about the accompanying letter. It also asks the Town Clerk what happened to the report?

Strategy, Process & Method   focus on the psp report and both individuals - two reports - neither is mentioned in the meeting

1 Haulwen Morgan - what happened to the report

2 Gerry Reynolds - what happened to the report

only address the clerk in the communication to keep the thread specific

23/6/2021 GTCO reply to report submission reply from GTCO which only mentions the covering letter to the report. - 20210623A-LE-GTCO-EGRA-rpt-submission

Today (17 September 2021) we responded to the Glynneath Town Clerk with the information contained in this video. Our communication ended as follows:

To conclude this communication and in response to your letter. I do NOT give you permission to pass on the identified Councillor Morgan letter to the Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council. In the interest of openness and accountability, I would ask that the Glynneath Town Council investigate the locations of the missing reports.

Again in the interest of openness, accountability and integrity, we believe that the Glynneath Town Council should make this information publicly available as part of a full council meeting and also on-line as part of the Glynneath Town Council website:

Can the Glynneath Town Council please respond to these questions:

Please identify the physical location of the "Progressive Supranuclear Palsy 'PSP' Cluster, Brynhyfryd, Glynneath" report delivered to Councillor Haulwen Morgan on 3 May 2021?

Please identify the physical location of the "Progressive Supranuclear Palsy 'PSP' Cluster, Brynhyfryd, Glynneath" report delivered to Councillor Gerry Reynolds on 3 May 2021?

Did you, (the Glynneath Town Council Clerk, Joanna van Tonder) receive either hard copy of the report titled "Progressive Supranuclear Palsy 'PSP' Cluster, Brynhyfryd, Glynneath" that was delivered to the Glynneath Town Councillors, Haulwen Morgan or Gerry Reynolds on 3 May 2021?

In light of the contamination recently identified at the development, please prioritise this communication to safeguard the health of East Glynneath residents.

regards - Dai Richards (Rugby Relics Ltd) on behalf of EGRAC
