EXAMPLE - COUNCIL LEADER STATEMENT The NPTC leader Rob Jones was made aware in May 2020 that the NPTC planning department had broken the 1990 Environmental Protection Act with regards to the Heol-y-Glyn site in Glynneath. The Glynneath councillors Morgan and Knoyle were aware of this but were covering up the council malpractice. The information is contained in this document which names all three.
