Documents exist providing evidence to NPTC that the land is contaminated. Residents for years have witnessed the tipping of radioactive material from hospitals, tyres and barrels that almost certainly contain toxic waste. We identified that the land had been tested in 2008 and found to be contamnated. However no evidence existed that the council followed protocol in relation to contaminated land and the council planning department and our local councillors refused to communicate with us. The Glynneath Town Council are a community council without legislative planning powers. The council is made up of 14 councillors, three of whom are dual hatted community (volunatary) and county (paid) councillors. In this video we focus on a series of meetings and we look at the actions of one particular councillor and the methods of deception he uses to potentially 'socially' murder members of the community through the democratic process.
