2008-2010 Contamination (chemical poisons) identified in 2008. NPTC refuse to provide information that identifies land contamination protocol was followed. 20230421-A-DO-front-sheet.
Sep 2020 Council of Death - research report paper based upon the information available was submitted to the 13 members of the planning committee & GTC Councillors Del Morgan & Simon Knoyle in September 2020. This paper shows that NPTC failed to follow contaminated land protocol and went through a series of planning applications to help the Cuddy Group avoid the required remediation, thereby leaving chemical poisons at the site. This allowed the Cuddy Group to move around contaminated soil following this and to further tip illegal industrial waste at the site in the knowledge that they were being supported by the council. To date there has been no response from NPTC to show that the information we supplied is incorrect. The paper has not been made public by NPTC.
Oct 2020 Enzo started work on the site in September 2020 uncovering chemical poisons (red squares) as can be seen in the chemical testing dated 2020 and moving them around he site.
Oct 2020 The Council of Death research report paper was submitted to all Glynneath Town Councillors at a  meeting in October with the intention of GTC providing information about the due diligence the Glynneath Councillors Del Morgan & Simon Knoyle had made in respect to report.
Oct 2020 Knoyle & Morgan put out a public statement in the lead up to this meeting containing misinformation. There is no evidence of any letters being sent following the submission of the report to NPTC. The Glynneath Town Council refused to request due diligence with respect to the report.
13/12/2020 A second death occurred of a very rare disorder 5 houses away from another 2 years previous. There are no other recorded instances of deaths by this disorder in Glynneath. The disorder can be linked to contamination related deaths in a town in France
1/5/2021 A report was made in relation to the deaths by the rare disorder for the Glynneath Town Council and hand delivered to the Glynneath Town Councillors Haulwen Morgan and Gerry Reynolds.
a 1/5/2021 Letter accompanying report sent to Haulwen Morgan
b 1/5/2021 Letter accompanying report sent to Gerry Reynolds
8/6/2021 20210608A-WB-GTCO-full-meet - At the next GTC full meeting, the PSP paper was not discussed, only the letter to Haulwen Morgan. Both councillors sat through the meeting and neither mentioned the report. Gerry Reynolds did not mention that he had received a letter. A video of this item at the meeting is uploaded to YouTube.
a 23/6/21 A letter was received from the clerk asking permission to pass on our letter to the NPTC
8/10/21 A Freedom of Information Request identified that both councillors had disposed of the report.
