emailed message. I would like to take a private prosecution out against my local council or individual councillors. There are now 10 deaths that can potentially be linked to this toxic waste dump including the famous actress Ruth Madoc (Gladys Pugh, Hi-de-Hi). These deaths include 6 people in 4 houses at the closest point to the dump. I have concrete evidence that toxic waste has been dumped at the site and and this information has hidden by two councils. This page is incomplete but gives an idea of the complexities of this case.
