P2008/1462 - PLANNING APPLICATION WITHDRAWN - to include the Moore Knight Geo-Technical and Geo Environmental report and the envirocheck historical information report. This is a key application because it includes evidence of contamination and a requirement to remediate it through the human health risk assessment. There is clear evidence of historic landfill use and a clear intention to misrepresent the historic use of the land when the full report of 149 pages was replaced by a 41 page report containing only the 1921 OS map of the area.

20250505R-DO-ENZD-enforcement 86.jpg (296440 bytes) 25/7/2008 - A communication  from Jaime Moya to RA Howells, NPTC that relates to an enforcement complaint (potentially E2008/0380 the enforcement document cannot be found on the NPTC planning application website. yet - 2003 plans to be checked) The letter refers to a telephone conversation between the 2 and J Moya states that "I can confirm that at the time of writing no work has commenced on the site." It would seem that a 14 day deadline had been set by the council and Moya suggested it was inappropriate.

Also saved as: 20080500a-DO-TFIR-geo.rpt.cuddy - CLICK HERE . ( 2 version, 149 pages & 41 pages) This document contains a mass of information relating to the site including the identification of contaminated ground and advice against building on the peat bog, however there are several contradictions contained in the report relating to its historical use as a tip. For example the majority of the land is made up mainly of 'made ground, (landfill) yet the report says there has never been a tip on site ever.
