Glynneath Town Council are refusing to accept responsibility to challenge their parent authority Neath Port Talbot Council who have blatantly broken rules in relation to the Contaminated Land Strategy at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. The following video is a representation I made to ask a public question in relation to a SAR made about an email chain of which I was the subject matter. The council failed to answer the question which was a simple yes or no requirement. |

SKH - Hunt Morris 5 questions complete exchange published |
Councillor Hunt was stonewalled by the Planning Department for almost 3 months and a reply was eventually received on 31 January 2022 to the 5 questions which used a method of deception to avoid Question 1 and ignored the remaining 4 questions by moving the time relevance from historic actions to current and future process information. CLICK HERE FOR THIS COMMUNICATION The final communication in this series contained a request for a HUMAN HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT to be supplied by the planning department. To date (3 September 2022) nothing has been received from Stephen K Hunt, now the council leader. |

Roger Simons is a former Glynneath Town Councillor who went missing around the time of the 2022 council elections. He didn't drive and did not use his bus pass which suggests he may have gone missing while walking in the area. Searches have been made and his body has not been discovered. |
