Margaret was the wife of Norman who owned the garage where Tesco is now. He died a few years ago when he supposedly fell into the river up the bony and they found his body near Resolven. They used to live in the house that Ruth Madoc lives in now. Norman and Margaret lived in the house that Ruth Madoc now lives in. They then sold the house ( maybe financial difficulties) and bought a house in Woodland Park opposite Morgan Thomas's house. They had 2 sons, Jonathan, who was married to Geraint Ellis's daughter and he died of cancer and the other son, Andrew, married Heulwen, as you rightly say, one of Knoyle's lucky. I think she actually works with Richard Knoyle as an accountant.

He mentioned the chemical testing which contradicted and earlier statement from October 2020 where he can be seen to be working with the planning department to pass the removal of the chemical testing requirement for P2020/0863. There was prejudical interest here that was not observed. In the following meeting 8/2/2021 Simon Knoyle stated that it was not a legal requirement for the GTCO to discuss the communication. Marie Powell eventually joined the conversation and like Jennifer was objective in her opinion. An FOI was requested for the email chain and a partial response has been received. This includes 2 major incidents and several minor ones. 1 He uses methods of deception (paltering) to infer there are no plans lodged with the Neath Port Talbot Council. However there are planning 'awaiting decision' P2021/0546 which allow 21,000 cubic metres of toxic waste to be moved closer to peoples homes. 2 He has fabricated information saying that he has held a long meeting with Public Health Wales and that they will publish a report. ( A FOI reveals he contacted PHW through normal procedures.) He promises residents that he will provide them the report and when it is eventually published PHW rely on NPTC to provide them evidence. NPTC state there is no contamination of concern on the site.

If they were tipping ordinary soil, why would the Cuddy Group do this ? In a conversation prior to the meeting's start, I witnessed the Chairperson of the Planning Committee Councillor Suzanne Paddison telling the NPTC meeting admin Tammie Davies that she had been up early that morning because this was the second meeting of the day. I can find no record of an official meeting involving Councillor Suzanne Paddison prior to the planning meeting. and all NPT Planning committee have refused to answer a question whether or not they were aware of a meeting.

p2021-0546-01-chemical-testing		(this chemical testing took place on 13 October 2020, the day after P2020-0863 plans were submitted to the council). The land has been tested and again found to be contaminated. The area tested is quite small and ranges from lower Brynhyfryd to Woodland Park. 7 out of 11 samples tested were found to be contaminated up to 9 times the safety guidelines. One of the top layer tests is missing from the table at the point where the lower test is the worst result. This suggests the test has been tampered with.
