	DL	That’s great thanks, can you put something like:- I’m requesting a foi about the permission granted from Glynneath town council to the resident of earlsfield close mrs Davies giving her permission to drill and put brackets for hanging baskets on the posts of the tennis fence which is council property.I believe there’s about 8 brackets.I would like to see under the foi the letter mrs Davies sent to the council asking to put the brackets on the tennis fence and the councils response giving her permission etc. The brackets have made holes in the tennis fence and with the footpath coming back they don’t need to be there. The brackets should be taken down. That’s pretty much it dai,thanks for this . Received a phone call from Gavin Rees in relation to incident that caused the death of his daughter Angharad (age 18) at Afan Argoed in 2012. He had come up against what he considered was a cartel that included NPTCBC, NRW and SWP.
